Floreria San Borja Flowers shop, will deliver all orders approved by the system to the address requested by the customer. Floreria San Borja reserves the right to not process an order if: a) The delivery address is out of our delivery range. b) The billing information is incorrect or incomplete. c) The delivery information is incorrect or incomplete. d) If the requested item (s) is no longer available.

If any of the above mentioned occurs, the customer will be contacted to by e-mail or to his phone number.    

•  Deliveries to Lima-Peru: Orders should be made at least with 24 hours in advance. For urgent orders, same day delivery, call or phone numbers or enter our chat service to check availability. The delivery of orders will be made from Monday to Saturday before 3pm or after 3pm, at customer’s choice. For deliveries on Sundays of holidays orders will be delivered before 3pm.

• Same day deliveries:

• i. Flowers, flower arrangements and sympathy flower arrangements: Same day deliveries to Lima are possible in most cases. •  Deliveries to the cities of Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Cusco, Tacna, Huaraz, Lambayeque, Moquegua, ILo e Iquitos: For deliveries to these cities we use the services of our affiliate Peruvian Master florists. The flower arrangements are prepared and designed with the style, flowers and products available in each city. In case any requested product is not available we will replace it with a similar product available in the city. If the replacement with a similar product is not possible we will contact customer by phone or to his e-mail. Orders should be made at least with 24 hours in advance. • Deliveries to the cities of Chimbote, Ica, Pisco, Nazca, Chincha y Huancayo: For deliveries to these cities we only send boxes with 12 or 24 roses and being optional to add chocolates or teddy bears. They can be delivered from Tuesday to Friday, without delivery time. All products are sent from Lima by a 3rd transport party. Consider there is a possibility of a delay of more than 1 day due to road blocks, climatic factors or other problems of the transport company.

 Deliveries on Special Days:

For the special campaign days orders should be day with at least 48 hours in advance. We have no delivery hour; orders would be delivered during the day.  We suggest, requesting delivery for one or two days before the Special Days to avoid the congestion of orders that is usual in these days.

Are considered Special Days:

·         Valentine Day (February 14th)

·         Mother’s Day (2nd Sunday of May)

·         Father’s Day (3rd Sunday of June)

·         Christmas (December 24th)

Days with no delivery service

·         January 1st

·         Holy Friday

·         July 29th

·         December 25th

Dificulty in the delivery of orders:

If Floreria San Borja has any difficulties in sending an order, due to: a) No one home, b)can’t find the delivery address c) other. We will contact recipient or customer in order to coordinate a new delivery.

Replacement Policy:

Floreria San Borja Flowers shop guarantees the quality of all delivered products. If a product is received in bad conditions or incomplete, customer must contact us within 24 hours after the product is received.

Floreria San Borja will check the conditions of the received product and proceed with the partial or total replacement of the products within 24 hours after received the notice of customer.
